HIV/AIDS is globally recognized crises of the century,it's developmental evil of poor counties that gestures its broom to brush off human beings from the face of the earth on human beings, particularly in Africa and other developing countries. The absence of medical remedy against HIV&AIDS has posed economic, social, political, and psychological maladjustments and challenges on each and every sector, institution, society and country whether small or large, rural or urban, industrialized or non-industrialized, rich or poor, despite its location on the global map.
