Bioenergy is increasingly attracting the attention of researchers, enterprenuers, policy makers and public at large owing to its untapped potential to meet the demands of global energy besides economic and environmental sustainability. Second generation ligno-cellulosic feedstocks could be the choice of future once the viable conversion technologies are in place as they did not have food-fuel trade offs.
