A dialogue between cultures that is fostered by a certain conceptual framework can enliven human living and help build creative persons and communities that have a welcoming spirit. The dialogical process between diverse African and world cultures whose distinctiveness and uniqueness are respected is an ongoing process. The present study is intended to help human persons to enter into a dialogical process with other people that can help build multicultural societies in Africa. These societies, if created, can help reduce the malaise of negative ethnicity that has led to the loss of many lives in the continent.
