This study reveals a diverse aspect of a practical operation of human resource management in Pakistan News Channels. It shows that human resource planning; the most critical element of personnel function is emerging. With an innovative concept that targets a new, growing market. Its a fast growing network of channels that is making rapid awareness among the people well also beautifully tackling number of private sector channels causing more competition.
