Secondly, to maintain the quality of drugs is a regulatory and mandatory requirement and lastly it is crucial for business in modern and competitive market also. Quality of drugs can only be maintained by analyzing it using analytical method with high degree of accuracy and precision and should satisfy all other validation parameters. The aim of the study is to develop and validate HPLC assay for rapid determination of selected antimigraine drugs of category 5-HT1 agonist, NSAIDs and antiemetics in combined dosage form.
