Present work shows Thermoluminescence and Mechanoluminescence characteristics of II-VI semiconductors. Evaluation of kinetic parameters and different models for thermoluminescence as well as mechanoluminescence studies. Modeling of the rise and decay of elastico mechanoluminescence of II-VI semiconductors has been done. The plots obtained from the modeling are similar to that obtained from EML measurements.
