This book entitled ?Role performance of formal and informal leaders" A comparative studyin agricultural production, was mainly aimed to analyse the role performance of formal and informal leaders. This book covers different characteristics of these leaders as well as their relationship with the role performance. The ways and means to improve the role performance of the leaders were also covered. This book would give an idea to the change agents to draw suitable extension strategy to make the effective utilization of these leaders for agricultural development.
