The Chinese, Indian and Filipino migrant health workers are special kind of migrants who form part of the growing majority of health workers in New Zealand. This work explored their migration and employment experiences,and their roles and motivations of working in the health sector in New Zealand. Also sought in this book are relevant information on the needs of and issues affecting these migrant health workers and their coping responses that helped increase their opportunities to achieve their potential in the New Zealand context.
