In our competitive age, it is a well known reality that Human Resource is the key strategic asset for organizational success. Organization competitiveness arises from the physical and mental strength of their non- imitable workers. Therefore, sustainability of being powerful for an organization is tied to the physical, psychological health of employees and their knowledge and skills as well. So, the main objectives of this book is to assess the occupational health and safety management systems in order to recommend various strategies to mitigate employees? physical ,psychological, biological, chemical and ergonomic occupational hazards. It also investigate the general working environment, OHS hazard documents, preventive measures, management commitment to curb OHS hazards on the basis of ILO standard.
