The ELP (European Language Portfolio) is a tool developed by the Language Division of the EU. It provides great help for language learners of all ages. Various new aspects of neurolinguistics have been considered when creating this piece of work. In this book the author introduces the ELP. He presents the philosophy behind it, shows what it consists of and takes a look behind the theory - he tries to find out whether the project has been successful in everyday usage or not.
