This study consists of an analysis on the influenceof perception, communication and content incoordination and collaboration among stakeholders ofdigital information and communication technologiesfor development aid projects. The subject of thisresearch is the 'Connect and Learn' project, whichbelongs to a Tanzanian-German co-operation on thehealth sector. The researcher spent two months infield, where a combination of methodologies (bothqualitative and quantitative) were applied in datagathering, in an attempt to achieve greater analysisaccuracy of stakeholders behaviour and at the sametime the representativeness required in suchscientific study.
