Protocol - EMS - ultrasound - weight loss - lean body mass - perceived health - physical activity {ABSTRACT } This controlled study of an intervention of 18 months per patient, compared two methods of management of overweight and moderate obesity with a multi-target sight on the evaluation of the impact of the combination of electro / ultrasonic compared to the dietary management and classic physical activity in maintaining lean body mass and weight loss, and efficiency in the recovery of physical activity and perceived health. The interest of the study is based on the assumption that this combination provides better maintenance of muscle mass, improved perceived health, greater stabilization and a lower cost compared to dietary management and physical activity adapted.
