I love camping. I love being outdoors. I love cooking a barbecue. Those 30 minutes or so, waiting for your coals to go the right shade of grey are some of the finest that I've spent on planet Earth. The cold beer helps, along with the promise of some of my favourite food, usually eaten in the company of people that I love. There is no finer way of spending time.
This collection is designed to be your 'one stop shop' for barbecuing recipes, whether you're camping or entertaining at home. Some are simple 'on the grill' recipes, others use kettle barbecues and some, smokers. The use of marinades is also prevalent where sensible to do so, as marination is particularly suited to the barbecue.
