A fancy little girl named Fran has been planning her week-long stay on her aunt and uncle's farm for years. She is finally old enough and very excited for her adventure. Fran packs her fanciest outfits and makes some even fancier for the occasion. During her week-long adventure on the farm, she encounters cows, goats, kittens, chickens, geese, pigs, and ponies! She learns about the hard work of caring for the animals, and the fun of riding her pony. When her week stay is finally over, she returns home a wiser woman, and with a special gift from auntie and uncle.
