These 7 reflections will help inspire you through challenging life events and help you grow through them. You will experience growth by honing into your own thoughts as you reflect, creating your own personal mission, and to help you and others to recognize the value that only you can uniquely bring to this world. Your life is precious, including the scars that you have carried with you.

This workbook was inspired by the Validate Value Within section in the Grow Others Workbook. I was inspired to write more and to develop a tool that I could use to help groups and individuals work through challenges and come out on the other side a much healthy and whole person, ultimately bringing value to others through their story and their journey.
