On my path, I started to be aware, and my subconscious too, that these different phenomenon were put in place when I was entering Trance. A special moment where my conscious and subconscious were in sync to live together. The more I work on trances, the more I realise that we are capable of really surprising, positive and beneficial things and particularly in 'energetic care'. In this book, I propose to you different techniques which you can easily apply without having to spend years of work, neither spend hundreds or even thousands of pounds/dollars in order to succeed. It is simple, accessible to all, and steps that you will go through will be personal. I present a vision, not a truth, a path, not THE path.
