Luke, the third of the four Gospels, was written by a doctor. As one might suspect, Luke writes a detailed account of the life of Christ on earth. He begins with God's announcement of the birth of Christ and ends with the resurrected Christ. Luke gives us an accurate account of the life and ministry of Christ and how He prepared the disciples for His return to heaven.
