People perished by water; the wicked people were killed by the flood; and the Egyptian army was destroyed by the Red Sea.

The Essential Element tells how the New Testament produces a new use for water called baptism or immersion into water through the example of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who is also referred to as living water.
