This is an account of a childhood fraught with unusual complications, and one might be forgiven for believing it happened in the Victorian era, when in fact it happened not long ago. The story takes one along a journey with the child who has many adventures and eventually, to the how and why it was necessary to find an escape route out of a very closely guarded family.
