This book was written in three parts, which is symbolic of the tripartite spirit. I did this because I wanted to make certain that I accomplish the mission of empowering you in your ability to forgive yourself by choosing not to dwell in, on, or around shame. Yes, I wrote this book to discourage shame. I believe unwaveringly that shame is not of God. Shame, is however, the source of all of the pain, frustration and anxiety we experience. Shame is the source of suicide. Shame is the culprit behind most crimes of passion and shame is the catalyst for failure. I believe unequivocally that by reading this book, you will find your niche and will be able to join me as, for now, it seems I am a minority of one. Your success is as simple as choosing to accept that all things work together for the greater goodness of God and the closer you are to God, the less likely you are to be negatively affected and/or retarded by the judgments, un-forgiveness, and malicious intent of the "ignorant human." As you read this book, purpose in your heart to walk away transformed for the better. Just keep repeating to yourself over and over again:

Until this very thought becomes so instinctive that it becomes loud enough a mental reality that it drowns out the voices of all that is negative in your life. I am believing with you! Know that "if you want to awaken all of humanity, then awaken all of yourself. If you want to eliminate the suffering in the world, then eliminate all that is dark and negative in yourself. Truly, the greatest gift you have to give is that of your own self-transformation." (Lao Tzu) My life is perfect and all I did was change me!
