Parents, caregivers, teachers, and early childhood professionals are some of the most important people in this world. Why? It's because they are responsible for the next generation of children. For those that work or deal with children, it's your responsibility to help put that child in a more advantageous position to thrive and succeed in this world. As caring adults, the onus is on us to make sure this next generation of children is respectful, competent, and compassionate individuals. Why? Well, because one day when we all leave this earth, we have to make sure that the group of kids we raised up will be capable of providing meaningful services to the generation of children that comes after them. The last thing this world needs is a generation of kids that are mentally unstable, ruthless, needy, depressed and desensitized.
