This Group Guide is an opportunity to collectively Awaken Your Light and claim your Going-Forward Story! This journey is one that takes courage and having a trusted group to support this growth can be a helpful step. Because this is deep work and group trust is important, the first week is spent getting to know one another a little better and setting "ground rules" that will help you feel safe in this space together. Following this, a pattern is set for every meeting so that the group walks through the book's reflection exercises in a helpful, grounded, exploratory way (including Opening Grounding Exercise, Icebreaker, Book Insights, Deeper Exploration, Support Request, and Closing).




This Group Guide was developed to help survivors of abuse and trauma look at their stories and understand how limiting beliefs may keep them in unhealthy patterns. The author shares her story, her limiting beliefs and her unhealthy patterns to model that they exist for everyone AND you don't have to stay in that space. By working through this Guide, you can examine those things that may be holding you back from a thriving life and your authentic self.
