Talk Grey To Me explores the grey area of life-related to an individual's academic views and experience. More specifically, it explores the challenges of pursuing post-graduation plans while encountering unexpected realities of life. It is founded on interviews with individuals with college experience, individuals who have attended college but chose not to finish, and college graduates.

Upon post-graduation, I found myself substitute teaching while awaiting my last job offer with my future employer. While in this period, I found myself in the grey area. It was not pretty. I interviewed individuals about the grey area related to their college views to gain some insight. While interviewing individuals, I saw I was not alone as they were also trying to figure life out.

It is time we normalize the grey and embrace our grey areas. I encourage you to read this book and begin conversations within your inner circle regarding the grey area. Remember, in the grey area, you are evolving, and that is exactly where you need to be.
