An analysis of the Nigerian Gas sector in relation to its legal and institutional frame work concerns a research on the Nigerian gas sector with an analysis on the functionality of its laws, policies and regulations and institutions. Seeing if these laws, policies and regulations require amendments or need to be repelled and also if the institutions created for the core purpose of ensuring the continued operations, maintenance and growth of the gas facilities, are functioning for the reasons they were established for, and if not a reform or restructuring process should be carried out.
