The book in itself is a fun and colorful way to help and promote the well being of children and other members of the family, by interacting with each other and carrying out activities together to create less of an obese climate that we are currently living in, and with the use of shapes, I feel that children could be drawn into the book.







I deliberately created the characters based on the heart shape, as we all know that having a bad inactive heart can lead to health worries. From this I further developed them to create a family unit with their own individual characteristics.







The book is split into short chapters from doing everything from going to the town and taking holidays, that is easy to read and understand and not complicated.







By using the heart shape to create characters, I could design then in my own style and in colorful illustrative way.
