When the secret service uncovers that one of La Levrier's elite clients is the female vice-president of the US, the local FBI office becomes engaged to shut this business down. A demoted agent is assigned to the case.

The agent, Jon Fenwick, successfully poses as a client to get close to Claire and her enterprise. As Jon makes his way inside the workings of La Levrier, the fluff assignment he received because he botched his last mission, it becomes complicated when Jon and Claire develop an unforeseen passion and lust turns to love. Jon's FBI boss gives him orders to immediately destroy La Levrier because the vice-president refuses to stop her patronage.
