So this book draws out the scriptures from both the Old and New Testaments that point the way to building materials and steps needed to build a most excellent life-enhancing relationship with God.

Spiritual health is comprised of a mixture of knowledge, faith, and application, in the daily practice of Christianity that all together lead to the development of close personal relationship with God. Many scientific studies have demonstrated that improved mental, physical, and emotional health and wellbeing are wonderful side benefits to true spiritual health; and other studies have shown that tending well to our mental, physical, and emotional health contribute to our spiritual health.
