The Audacity of your Bullshit is a book of rage; a book that I'm releasing because what's inside is shit that's been happening all my life. Inside I explore my own encounters with racism, my own fears, and incidents that have followed me ever since I was a kid.




This isn't a "my father didn't love me" book, it's a book where I process being called a spic, a faggot, and everything else imaginable by white people. Like the books before this one, The Audacity of Your Bullshit is a personal book of poetry for me. But it's also a book that carries the heaviest anger.




I am angry; so angry that I can't stop shaking most days. Being Queer and Latinx makes me a target for most white people in the U. S. I can't peel the brown off of my skin. It's embedded, and it's a part of me. It is me. So pick this book up knowing it is a rock to be thrown at any racist, homophobic prick you know.
