It has been around for centuries. Indications are that it began as an argument in the second century of church history. It has been debated; accepted; rejected; called fundamental to soteriology; and heresy. Some ministers gathered a following, while others have been removed because of their adherence to this subject. So it begs the question: Does it matter what one believes about the doctrines of Heaven; Hell; God's wrath; whether God eternally pursues humanity; is there an end to accepting His grace; is one born again as a result of the faith of Christ alone; and are we given opportunity to respond to God's grace after death? What are the ramifications of God's reconciliation and forgiveness? Is it universal? If it is, does it apply universally to all humans?
