I did not make this journey to transformation alone. In my first book in this trilogy - The Journey - I spoke of the trials of growing up in a divided nation and being judged on the color of my skin. Transformation is my quest to find meaning in my life. There were many obstacles to finding that meaning, and it was not achieved by my own light, but by the light of others who took me through my darkest times.
