It's the most dreadful time of the year, apart from midterms and finals exams.

The ICTs.

I took the practice test nearly twenty times and my scores were always within the same range.

My intelligence is pretty much set.

On the morning my dad dropped me off at the test center I had a terrible stomachache.

I almost wanted to reschedule, but I decided to just get it over with.

I wish I did decide to reschedule it.

The moment I started answering questions for the math section, which was first, my stomach started rumbling.

I had to go to the bathroom for nearly fifteen minutes trying not to throw up.

After that I came back and rushed through the test.

I didn't have time to double check my answers.
