What if Eve turned the key of prayer before eating the forbidden fruit? What if Abraham used the prayer key before Hagar conceived? How might our world be different? What if you and I turned the prayer key before making life changing decisions? It is our decisions that result in reward or judgement. You may never find yourself in a lion's den, like Daniel, in a blazing hot furnace like the three Hebrew men, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego or in the belly of a great fish, like Jonah, but if you are ever in a crisis, dilemma or face a test, keys will help you to get through.



Through the Bible, we can learn many life lessons, such as how to respond to a crisis. When Job experienced a crisis he grasped hold of the key of worship, and the Lord restored him after he used the key of prayer for his friends. How should we respond to persecution? When Esther was faced with the genocide of her people the Jews, she turned the key of prayer. When imprisoned for the Gospel, Paul & Silas combined the keys of prayer and praise. Prayer is like dynamite and praise is the fire that ignites it. When Jesus was tempted by the Devil, He rebuked Satan with the key of God's Word. When Dorcas saw people in need, the ministry key is how she brought relief. The key of fellowship brought God's people together and the testimony key was used to glorify God.



These are the seven keys of Discipleship: Worship, Prayer, Praise, the Word of God, Ministry, Fellowship and Testimony. As Disciples of Jesus Christ, its within our power to bind problems and loose blessings; for what we bind on earth will be bound in heaven and what we loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.



"I will give you the keys to the kingdom of heaven. What you lock on earth will be locked in heaven. What you unlock on earth will be unlocked in heaven."
