January 2019 started with a furlough from last year, for some government employees, and then many other events, like researchers are working on the medical advancement of digital in-vivo endomicroscopy, artificial intelligence (AI) embedded computing was introduced on the board for unmanned vehicles, debt worldwide hits record $184 T, Blue Origin - owned by Amazon-founder Jeff Bezos - launched on 23 Jan a reusable New Shepard rocket and capsule loaded with NASA microgravity experiments, on a 10-minute sub-orbital flight above Texas, and scientists have analyzed impasto layers in some of Rembrandt's paintings. In this 3nd newsletter of the third volume, the 27th in total, we included the most relevant news, in a balanced approach, usually directly from the source, to help the general public better understand the realities around us. We included also several nice photos - I thank my wife for her photo assistance.
