Lifting the Lid is a window into the next steps of my journey within. My journey began after a life-shattering diagnosis of an incurable and very rare type of blood cancer.

My book William Absolutely Uninvited takes you through the initial journey. Lifting the Lid dives into the idea of removing my self-created limits to enable my expansion beyond that which I have allowed myself AND no longer closing the lid on my past traumas and emotions.

These thoughts and feelings have to go somewhere other than inside of me. How do I do that? By being 100% authentic, standing in my truth at all times and never abandoning myself to please someone else.
