Lola a young woman, who left Nigeria to mend her broken heart and hopefully find love. Romance began to blossom after meeting Akin whose concept of relationship and dating was absolutely incompatible with hers. Despite all these, she was determined to bear with him till he overcame his alleged family problems. Whilst at a crossroad with her love life and faced with mounting allegations of incompetence and glitches at work, she met Adam, a subliminal charmer who was keen, curious and determined. She later found out that the two men had hidden agenda with serious repercussions and reprisals with one that might lead to her death. Set partly in Birmingham, UK and Lagos, Nigeria. This is one young woman's effort to meet up to her family's expectations in finding suitable partner as well as fulfilling her personal needs and desires. However, she eventually bit more than she could chew.
