Six Days In June
Stephen Wynn
A man loses his wife, his daughter and unborn child in a road accident that involves a speeding motorist. Years later as the man is fast approaching retirement he realizes that he cannot face the twilight years of his life without the love of his life. He has managed to survive emotionally for so long by focusing his pain, anger and rage on those he saw as being responsible for his families demise. His emotional state becomes a mixture of dream and reality as he sets out to make those who he sees as being responsible pay for what they did. A spate of unsolved murders follows. Are they connected and why have they taken place? Is there more than one person that the Police are looking for. If so, who is this other person and why are they involved? The Police finally discover the killers identity but dont have enough evidence to arrest him, but they now understand why he has been able to stay one step ahead of them for so long. As the net closes in on him it slowly starts to unfold that those who he blames for his wife's death may not in fact be responsible after all and that he might have to look nearer to home for those that are. Will the Police get to him before he kills one more time?
