The Witch Is Dead R. J. Mundy
The Witch Is Dead
R. J. Mundy
Charles Davison has died of a heart attack, leaving behind a wife and daughter, supine with grief at his unexpected departure. Arriving at their home in Canada to pay his final respects, old family friend, Nathan Smith, attempts to help Gloria and Louise Davison move on with their lives. But Gloria has her own way of dealing with her demons - by attempting to conjure up others. She turns to witchcraft, an art thought to be resident only in her past. Although her return to this is clearly a symptom of her mourning, her family fears for her. Their fears are soon realised when she is found dead in an apparent suicide. But was it? Nathan is the only one convinced of foul play, and sets out to find some answers.
