The Tellin twins are boys with the amazing ability to communicate telepathically. The British secret intelligence hone in on this special gift of theirs as a possible tool to solve crime and, under the wing of the stern Professor Forthsythe - the 'Prof' - the young brothers Bryan and Bryce learn to 'train' their ESP. A recent spate of art thefts in Paris finally gets the ball rolling and gives the boys the opportunity to test out the true extent of their abilities. Flying over to the French city, where the highly organised gang have managed to stump the local police, the boys meet the 'Team' and so their little adventure begins.
