For twenty-eight of those years, Bill has been a constant companion, loyal husband, father and carer. He found himself thrust into the carer's role and is now Kate's support as and when needed. Like the old adage says, "in sickness and in health". Because of the tools in this book, Kate is on the road of recovery and Bill's role as a carer is less and less needed. This gives Bill more time to be a good husband and father.

Both Kate and Bill have spoken in twenty-nine countries: advising businesses, health organizations, individuals and governments on good mental health practices and the recovery journey.
