What secrets lay in the depths of the old mansion, and why do terrifying spectres haunt the road leading to it. No one knows, only the victims un-fortunate enough to meet them discover why. But by then they have joined the realms of the dead. Children who have mysteriously dis-appeared from the local community, are believed to have been taken and used in the sadistic black magic rituals occurring there. And why are only women bearing the ancestral names of their forefathers, subjected to horrendous deaths. Unknown to the people gathered together at Dark Oaks. There lies a web of deceit, incest and cruelty, that is rife amongst the past and gullible future inheritors of the infamous mansion. Where their only means of escape is death.
