The distinctive technological changes of societies and the knowledge economy not only affect the ways of producing mass consumption goods and the redefinition of business organizational models for competitiveness in the market; they also transform the behavior of individuals, their working relationships, the role of the State as regulator and the labor world as a whole . As would be expected, these developments raise questions. The consequences in the employment are worrisome, those of legal responsibility in case of error seem to have no unique answer.
