This work is the result of authentic testimonies of Maquisards, and Maquisardes of the Revolution of November 1, 1954. The facts are authentic. The characters are real, some fallen on the field of honor, and some even rare are still alive. Even if they do not have a logical link between them, the events constitute as a whole a repertoire of acts whose summation could, if they are associated with other testimonies gathered on the national territory, help to engrave the memories in the history books of the Algerian people. The photos attached to this collection are also from the time incriminated, and correspond to events narrated. They are unpublished and are the property of the author of this story.
