Is a complete collection of poems and short stories written by Catherine Wain, who for the past thirty years has challenged her bipolar disorder in such a way that she found writing allowed her to express her thoughts and political beliefs. Catherine finds writing stimulates her mind and keeps her occupied in such a way it helps her recovery from her mental illness. She finds that writing has been incredibly beneficial in her recovery. Catherine lives in North Birmingham with her beloved two dogs Boris and Sunny and cat Fluffy.
