This extraordinarily detailed and very rare book is a complete compendium - illustrated in full colour - of GERMAN NAVAL GUNS - SHELLS & EXPLOSIVES - NAVAL FUSES & EXPLODERS published in 1921-2. Only three years before, the bulk of Germany's High Seas Fleet had scuttled itself in the waters of Scapa Flow, Britain's main naval base in the Orkneys, to end its humiliating internment after its surrender at the end of the Great War.
