The purpose of this Journal is to create a safe space and/or opportunity for children/young adults to express themselves without feeling the pressure of society and the worlds criticism. Many children/ young adults are introverts seeking shelter from day-to-day activities, without having to share with the older generation, who may not understand their feelings. A safe haven, for those with a voice, yet not ready to speak.

"Tell Me The Tea Gratitude Journal" serves as a teaching tool, by providing a new word of the day, expanding vocabulary skills. The journal provides daily affirmations, to instill the grooming of loving themselves, and finally a safe space to express themselves without judgment. This Journal revolves around growth and allows for reflection of growth. The person they are today, to the person they will become years from now; and compare the feelings. Enjoy the journey.
