Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and. in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ (Eph. 4:11-13). If we are not walking like Jesus, talking like Jesus and doing like Jesus, there is more to be discovered. We have to continue to pursue God with everything that is in us, which may include things that are outside of our denominational preference, because WE DON'T KNOW WHAT WE DON'T KNOW! Discipleship is a lifelong journey. We are lifetime students because there is always more to be discovered. This book describes my journey -- but my journey is not over. I am still pursuing God with everything that is in me, because I DON'T KNOW WHAT I DON'T KNOW!!
