It took some time for me to find God. All throughout my life I had heard of Him, but never had a relationship with Him. I did not know Him, but I am so glad that He knew me. He has blessed me with the gift of poetry and I want to share it with everyone. If I could just help one person find that special relationship, it would please my heart; for God is not a religion, He is a relationship. We all need love and guidance and I pray that my poems help to spread and accomplish that task. Some people may never see the inside of a church to get the Word. I would like to try to be a link to help them at least desire to abide with Him.

Sometimes God puts us in the dark to show us He is the light. I wrote these poems to let people know that we fall down and we make mistakes, but God is our helping hand and will help us get back up again. We have a forgiving God, a loving God! Prayerfully, my poems will inspire relationships and connections to our father like no other. When you put God first, everything falls into place.
