Hundreds of Angels Landing theme park personnel stand outside waiting for the moment the hold-down clamps release. Hundreds... thousands more stand outside the chain link perimeter fence and closed gates waiting patiently with cameras in hand for the moment that will surely come. This moment promises a new age of space exploration and a new step for all mankind. World-wide, people watch in rapt fascination as the images on TV screens report in real time the events happening in a place called Angels Landing in the desert of Wyoming, USA. A distant sound is heard. It is a beautiful rendition of the Navy Hymn for submariners, "Eternal Father" dedicated in reverence to Seraphim, her captain and brave crew. Slowly, silently, Seraphim begins to rise from her cradles and move skyward. She may not return for months, possibly even years. Teary-eyed fans look on in wonder. What will they find out there?
