The author, Gary Green, has practiced law in Arkansas for more than 30 years and has extensive experience in trying cases in court. As he says in the Introduction, "I love practicing law. I love everything about it. Interacting with people, helping them, helping fellow lawyers, providing for my family, doing something positive for my community....
