(Cambridge Dictionary) What is your culture like? What do you like about it? What bothers you about it? One culture is not better than the other, they're just different. But there is one perfect culture, the culture of God's kingdom. When we follow Jesus and walk together with him, we're going to walk as he walked and experience a new culture. The Sermon on the Mount contains Jesus' most extensive teaching on kingdom culture. It's a radical message that goes directly against our secular culture - and popular church culture. Jesus contrasts the true disciple with the unbeliever and the "religious" person. We'll see a huge contrast with the world around us - but also with many "Christians."
